The second show focusing on domestic violence is available on the public access TV website. My guest is Karen Jarmoc, CEO of Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

We will be taping our next show on January 21st. My guest will be Faith Montaperto Ward, a survivor of domestic violence. She will talk about her experience and finish with singing an original song, Thumbprints of a Giant. The song is very powerful and moving.
After our series on domestic violence is complete, we will tape a series on child sexual abuse and domestic minor sex trafficking.
I’m excited about this new path of my journey, though also a little intimidated. I am definitely stretching my comfort zone by being on television, which is a good thing for me. I become stagnant when I play it safe all the time. I have a great crew of volunteers who make this show possible.
Our website, http://www.beyondtheshadowstv.com, will be up and running soon. My associate producer is handling all the social media stuff, as I know little about creating a website, Twitter, Instagram, etc. She is awesome! She’s also the director of the show. She is a strong advocate against domestic violence, child sexual abuse, and sexual assault. I am grateful to have her as part of my team.
